How a match happens
Two lists sit side by side: properties from listing agents and anonymous requests from buyer's agents.
Listing agent
Adds a property and records who may see it: only the agency, verified professionals, specific searches, or everyone.
Speaking Bricks
Matches the two lists and shows why: what fits, what is not known, who reported each fact and when.
Buyer's agent
Adds a request for a client: area, budget, bedrooms, must-haves. The client's name is never entered.
Both agents accept. Only then does each see the other's work contact, and they carry on as they do today.
Your client stays yours
Speaking Bricks holds no client names, phone numbers or documents. It records that a step was checked, by whom and when.
Your agency keeps its CRM
Agencies keep their own CRM. Listings come from the agent, and nothing goes public without the seller's instruction.
